Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Tuttibag (tuttibag.com) collects when you use the site, how we use it and the choices you have. Purchases happen on Amazon, so what Amazon collects at checkout is covered by Amazon’s privacy notice.

What we collect

• Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe, we store your email address, the page you signed up on, your country (from your connection) and the date.
• Clicks to Amazon. When you click a Buy button, we record which product, the page you clicked from, your country, the time and, if you arrived through a creator link, that creator’s code. We do not record your name or IP address in these logs.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and products are useful. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at the site. See how Google uses this data.
• Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Cookies

• Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) measure visits.
• Creator referral cookie (tb_ref), set only when you open a creator’s invite link. It stores the creator’s code for 30 days so clicks can be credited to them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on.

How we use it

To run and improve the site, measure which products and themes people find useful, credit creators for the visitors they send, and send the newsletter you asked for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers above (Cloudflare, Google) acting on our behalf.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in each email, or by emailing us.
• Access or delete your data. Email hello@tuttibag.com and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws can use the same address to exercise their rights.

Children

Tuttibag is written for parents and other adults planning parties. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
