Looks Like Frodo!
Oh my goodness…this little set is so cute! We got this for our son, and he looked like Frodo running around. The set does not include pants. It comes with the shirt, hooded cloak, and a black belt. The shirt material is not stretchy at all, and it’s a little itchy around the embellishments. The overall material is fairly cheap, but what you would expect from a costume like this. It reminds me of the costumes in a bag you would find at Walmart or Spirit Halloween.
